This Privacy Policy explains how CaliLens collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the CaliLens mobile application (the “App”).
CaliLens is operated by Xavier Facqueur, entrepreneur individuel, trading under the commercial name XF Studio, registered in France under SIREN 908 304 918 and SIRET 908 304 918 00034, located at 7 rue Véronèse, 75013 Paris, France. In this Privacy Policy, “CaliLens”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Xavier Facqueur / XF Studio.

We only collect the data needed to provide and improve the App.
When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. You can sign up using Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, or an email address and password. If you use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, we receive an anonymized relay email instead. You may also choose a username.
CaliLens lets you record or upload videos of calisthenics exercises. These videos, and the thumbnail images generated from them, are uploaded to and stored on our cloud storage so that you can access your history across sessions and devices. Your videos are kept in a private storage area accessible only to you.
When the App analyzes a video, it produces a score, feedback, and pose data (the coordinates of detected body joints, or “landmarks”). This analysis data is stored together with your scan history. The AI pose detection runs entirely on your device — your videos are not sent to a third party for analysis.
If you purchase a subscription, the transaction is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and receive your subscription status, purchase history, and a non-identifying purchase identifier. We never receive or store your full payment card details.
We keep a count of the analyses you perform each month in order to enforce the limits of the free plan.
To detect and fix crashes and bugs, we use Sentry. Sentry collects crash reports, error logs, device and operating-system information, and a small sample of session recordings (a replay of the screens you interacted with). We have configured Sentry not to attach personal identifiers such as your IP address to this data.
