These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CaliLens mobile application (the “App”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Who we are

The App is provided by Xavier Facqueur, entrepreneur individuel, exercising under the commercial name XF Studio, a sole proprietorship (micro-entreprise) registered in France under SIREN 908 304 918 and SIRET 908 304 918 00034, located at 7 rue Véronèse, 75013 Paris, France (“CaliLens”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country (15 in France), you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. The service

CaliLens is a tool that analyzes videos of calisthenics and street-workout exercises (such as Front Lever, Planche, L-Sit, Handstand, Pull Up, and others) and provides an automated score and technique feedback. It also offers a real-time camera mode with a live skeleton overlay. Analysis runs on your device.

We may add, change, or remove features of the App at any time.

4. Your account

To use the App you must create an account using Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, or an email and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions and payments

CaliLens offers a free plan with a limited number of analyses per month, and an optional paid subscription (“CaliLens Pro”) that unlocks additional usage and features.

• The subscription title, duration, and price are displayed on the subscription screen within the App before you confirm any purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and at the same price, unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription that covers the same period.
